There was something about this 1958 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz that was Just Right. It was not in Concours condition but it "Was Nice". It was even equipped with Air Conditioning which was pretty unusual in 1958, especially for a Convertible. I am quite partial to White Convertibles with Red or Red and White interiors - Great Caddy!  I bet it found a New Home that Weekend

I am a Big Fan of the Corvette, especially the Mid Year's... or as they are Now referred to as "C2" (Corvette 2nd Generation)... I still like "Mid-Year", even though I guess it does not make very descriptive sense anymore - Just the Old Guy in me I know. Regardless there was a Very Nice Selection of Corvettes at Mecum this year. If I was going to go Home in one, I would take the above Yellow 66' Coupe

Speaking of "Old Guys"... these 3 are the Best!  Old Guy #One (on the Left ) is the Owner of the Red '63 "Mid- Year" Fuelie that I unfortunately did not take a picture of. He was somewhat reluctant in selling it as he has a Long History of Ownership - I can understand that.  Old Guy Don is in the middle, Great Guy, has probably owned more Corvettes than anyone I know. The Old Guy on the right is my "Looooooooonnngggg Time Friend" Wes. We have been running around together since the 6th Grade. We both bought our 1st Corvettes in 1978.  He has owned several Corvette's over the years, but right now is currently  "VetteLess" . I hope that he is able Recover Soon
