America's Love Affair with the Automobile began over 100 years ago and it still continues today. The many early automobiles that were displayed at this years Concours certainly help to explain why the Love Affair began
The RM Collector Car Auction took place throughout the day on Saturday. I was not able to attend it because I was across town in Pontiac, displaying my Mark III Continental at the Lincoln Continental Owners Club National Meet. Sunday when these photo's were taken, most of the Sold Cars had been moved into the Big Tent awaiting their New Owners. I could only shoot the few cars you see here parked outside the tent. I have attend past RM Auctions at the old Meadow Brook Hall location and have always been more than impressed with their line up of cars being offered for sale
