A Beautiful Ford Dealership awaits you as you enter the Gilmore Museum Campus from the event parking area. The care takers and Sponsors of this Museum is the Model A Ford Foundation. The Ford Dealer is right next to a 1940's Cadillac Dealership and is across the street from a Lincoln and Franklin New Car Showroom

These Building Lights were saved from the original Twin City Ford Assembly Plant Please!  One more time. How do you pronounce that second word... Now Go Slow! How in the Hell does he think he is going to get that thing out of this room. Should be interesting

As you can imagine a Museum paying tribute to Henry Fords Model A had many of them showcased. As neat as the cars and Trucks were I found all of the Life Style pieces being displayed just as interesting. The recreated Ford Dealership includes a Parts Department which had display cases stocked full of Vintage New Old Stock Ford parts. If I could have found someone to wait on me I could have walked away with plenty of good ebay pieces and made out like a Bandit considering those 1930's price points

Sometimes I cant help but feel like I am surrounded by Dummies... why is that

Collecting Tin Toys, especially the Robots and Cars, is something I would like to get into, but I know it is a lot Cheaper to just look at and admire someone else's Collection. The Tins shown here is just a small sampling of the ones being displayed. I found many examples that I had never seen before other than in books and price guides

The "Franklin Motor Cars" building is another Wonderful Showroom recreation found only at the Gilmore. Yes it is filled with Beautiful Franklin Automobiles and Displays. The Franklin Museum is a recreation of a 1918 Los Angeles, Ca. Franklin Dealership
