Luxury Cars from the 70's and 80's are growing in popularity as Modern Collector Cars. They ride and drive really nice and many display the Classic Car styling ques from the past. Chryslers, Lincoln's and GM's Best are well represented each year on the Hershey Show Field. I remember buying, selling and driving many of these Land Yachts, especially the Cadillac's shown here. I still like them and can certainly understand why they are again quite popular

SGCV Class: This AACA classification is for "Second Generation Collector Vehicles".  SGCV is a relatively new Classification. Cars in this class represent Factory-Assembled  Manufactured Vehicles that replicate the look and style of a previously produced Make and Model. The cars in this class must be at least 25 years old. To qualify for SGCV status, the automobile must have been originally sold as a Factory Built turn key car, not as a kit. Unfortunately there was only one SGCV entry this year, but it was a Nice One;  a 1982 Clenet belonging to William Marra. Mr. Marra's car was produced by Clenet Coachworks in Santa Barbara, California. Clenet cars were offered from 1975 through 1986. This is a Series II model, of which only 180 were made. Total Clenet production was 480 cars

Commercial Vehicles and Trucks, Little boys love to play with their Trucks and so do Big Boys. Trucks are always popular and always draw a Big Crowd of admirers on the Hershey Show Field. The same goes for the Commercial Vehicles, which includes Funeral Cars and Fire Fighting Equipment. They are all unique and have their own story to tell
