Mecum Indy is not ALL Muscle Cars, there are usually a few Classics added to the mix. This year was no different. The Red XK120 Jaguar,  Continental Mark II and Continental Convertible Coupe were looking Good and so was that Sweet Hudson

Cigarette Cream over Red leather is always a Great look for a Coffin Nose Cord. This 1937 812 Phaeton caught my eye early on. It was a super nice Cord it seemed to be well sorted showing just the right amount of wear and patina. I would love to have this one sitting in my garage

The white Cord Re-Creation shown below was very nice. I have seen a lot of Neo-Classic Cars but this particular Cord was new to me. It was built in 1981 by a Michigan Boat Builder who had dreams of starting his own limited production automobile company. It is built on a 1981 Cadillac Eldorado Frame, Cowl and Drive Line. The wheel base was stretched to match the dimensions of the original 1936 / 1937 Cord. I do not know if any others were produced besides this one

When you see "Mecum" or hear "Mecum", you know that there's Going to be Muscle Cars... a lot of Muscle Cars. Along with those Muscle Cars you can bet there will be some of the Best Memorabilia that Money can Buy

When was the last time you saw one of these... Have you ever seen one? I haven't. Meet the Lone Star Meteor "Mark 55 Mercury". Wearing a smooth coat of '56 Chevy Crocus Yellow over Black this 50's era Sport Boat was looking good. The Lone Star Meteor was only produced for 3 years. The console was a one year only option
