The Ford Mustang was the feature Car for the August 2026 Somernites Cruise. The turn out was Awesome, estimated at over 700 Mustangs. I believe that most every year and model could be found. "Giddy Up" Mustang Owners!!!

While we were there, my Buddy Wes Ran Into (not literally) the second owner of his '07 Shelby GT. The previous owner had purchased the car with practically no miles on it from the original owner. He put about 4000 miles on it before reluctantly parting with it. It was obvious that he and his son were Very Surprised and Glad to see their Mustang again

This Black 2006 Shelby GT-H was the ONLY Hertz Car built with a 5 Speed manual transmission and the 4:10 rear end gear. Carroll Shelby later bought this car back from the Hertz Rental Fleet and installed the Whipple Supercharger and used it as His Personal Car for another 7000 miles before placing it in the Carroll Shelby International Collection. I got to speak with the current owner and I could tell that he was very pleased with his car. He's a Good Guy

Carroll Shelby's Mustangs, as always, were Looking Good - Really Good. I would love to Own a '65 or '66 Shelby G.T.350., but before I start shopping for one I think that I best be be Buying a Lottery Ticket or two on the way home...
