SVRA and Motostalgia have entered into a multi-year agreement recognizing Motostalgia as the Official Auction Company of SVRA. Motostalgia Auctions will now be part of select SVRA events beginning with this years Brickyard Invitational. The auction took place Friday June 12th with over 100 automobiles scheduled to cross the block. We arrived a day early and many of the offerings were still being moved about in the room while seating and lighting were being fine tuned in the 40,000 sq. ft indoor facility where the auction would take place

Motostalgia later reported a 61% sales rate resulting in $4.25 Million

There was an eclectic mix of cars being offered; Full Classics, Past Indy Racers, Muscle Cars, Sportscars and Vintage Racing Cars along with some Rare Barn Finds

This Barn Find 1932 V12 Cadillac Model 370B Convertible had a pre-Auction estimate of $285,000 - $350,000.  It was Hammered Sold for $308,000. This is quite a Rare Cadillac, effectively a Prototype for the Victoria Convertible. It is Body number 01 and was designed by Harley Earl with Coachwork by Fleetwood. It was described as a Barn Find, being in mostly original condition with an actual 13,890 miles. Research by the consignor, reveals that after it's design and engineering study was completed it was presented to an executive within the Cadillac Division where it was only used for a couple of years before being sold off. It was acquired by the consignor in the late 1960's. It was placed in Texas barn for temporary storage in the early 1970's and was essentially forgotten about for the next 40 years
