The Ault Park Concours d'Elegance celebrated it's 39th year. The featured Marque was Ferrari. The Concours event paid tribute to 100 years of BMW and Ford's 1st, 2nd and 3rd place Victory at the 1966 Le Mans Race with the GT40. I was celebrating the fact that I actually attended this year gathering. For some reason or reasons I have missed the last 2-3 years so I was really looking forward to this one, especially when I heard that  Ferrari was the featured automobile and that there was a Classic 1962 Ferrari GTO being presented by Jim Jaegers

I thought that I had everything planned to the nth Degree for our Sunday in Cincinnati... We left "Early" and even devoured Breakfast in the car while driving in order to park "at the event" rather than away and have to use one of the Shuttle Busses. I packed the Chairs and a Small Cooler. Hats and Sun Glasses Check! Sun Block Check! A printed Map from MapQuest Check!. The drive went as planned arriving ahead of schedule. As we were walking from the car to the event entrance I am really patting myself on the back for such a Well Planned - Smooth Road Trip. We purchased our tickets, grabbed our programs and strolled right in,  walking slowly by the Hagerty Insurance tent to see what Free Stuff was available. My 1st Car Stop was to take pictures of the Multiple Le Mans Winning GT40 MK II (chassis 1032) It was being presented by the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. After deciding on just the right shot I knelt down to take the picture, "Click" I got it! Picture number 2 "Click"... Nothing. I looked at my Camera Screen, "Out of Memory Space". What! Cant be! I just formatted that card earlier in the week when I charged all 5 Batteries. I then realized that my Formatted Card was in the other Camera... at home. That shot the Hell out of my nth Degree Planning

Good thing I brought the Boss with me. She suggested we use the iPhones and do the best we can. So all of these photo's were shot with our phones. Actually they are not too bad. So much for my planning. Good thing I remembered to bring her. Plus she usually has all of the Money (Charge Cards)...
