I have been wanting to attend one of the Coffee and Cars at the National Corvette Museum for some time. A Buddy of mine Confessed that he had NEVER been to the Museum and another Buddy, a long time Corvette Guy by nature, "Confessed" to purchasing an '07 Shelby GT Mustang. After those two confessions that was all  that I needed - "Road Trip". The drive down, in "The Mustang", to Bowling Green went without a hitch until we were about 30 minutes away from the Show... Naturally it Started Raining and we had even More Rain once we arrived. So we Prayed to Zora and Bill Mitchell asking for it to Stop Raining as we went inside to explore the Museum. We did go back outside a little later to see if Our Prayers were answered and "Yes" they had been. We had Sun and Blue Skies but hardly any Coffee Cruisers were left - Back inside the Museum we went
As you enter the Museum you are greeted by who else but Harley Earl, the Father of the Corvette. Just a note of interest... The first "Corvette's"  were not the Harley Earl 1953 Cars, but were French Warships from the 17th Century. The term Corvette meaning Warships was used Internationally through WWII and a little later
